A self-starter (a creative problem-solver) and detail-oriented person, Chris Jones takes a hands-on approach to his craft. He was raised by a small business owner and a grade school principal, making him value both education and accountability. Chris has flipped the narrative of business practice, prioritizing customer satisfaction and open communication over growth.

The son of a small business owner and an educator, Rob Eilermann learned the value of hard work and customer service early. As a leading homebuilder, he wore many hats, established the company in new regions, and led sales and marketing across five markets with a team of over 120.


Tom brings decades of practical business experience to St. Louis Roofing Company. He held several executive positions with Anheuser-Busch as well as management positions with start-up companies in the beverage industry before joining St. Louis Roofing in 2022.

Eric is a born leader and has worked in the industry for several years, overseeing various trades including roofing, siding and gutters. His industry credentials are many, but he also is a licensed FFA Unmanned Aircraft Pilot, serving as a drone pilot when the need arises on a job site.

Melanie joined St. Louis Residential Roofing in 2025, bringing over 20 years of expertise in marketing, sales, customer service, and operations management. She is dedicated to ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional experience from start to finish, while also keeping the St. Louis Residential Roofing team connected and supported behind the scenes.

Thomas is a results-driven sales professional and project manager who began working for Saint Louis Residential Roofing in 2024.

Geoff was raised by a lawyer and an insurance claims adjuster, where precision, analysis, and negotiation were daily practices. This upbringing shaped his unique approach to business that is rooted in critical thinking and problem solving.

Growing up, Matthew learned the value of teamwork and discipline through many sports, but especially hockey. He went on to play for Cleary University, near Ann Arbor, MI. One of his greatest strengths is his passion for growth and local fellowship.
